    All about a poor possum trapped in the roof and the OP tenant has NFI. Who's ever sniffed a dead rat/possum/cat etc - pretty obvious that there's one around and smells nothing like sewer.

    Different genus, but I still feel empathy. I'm renting a small cave, and in winter, injured skiers make the cave a mess. If it happens again next winter I'm reporting this to CAV.

    That story was horrendous, I've had exhaust fans fall down in shower etc but never blood spraying or dripping, Poor tenant(s).
