VIC A reliable Property Manager in Geelong area?

The title says all I need.
Currently struggling with a property manager who has a very good looking copy & paste portfolio script which has NOT impressed me at all.
Seemingly too busy.

 

Geelong PM recently opened doors, its started up by a lady who trains property managers and her husband who makes PM-related software, which makes me suspect they really know what they're doing. www.geelongpm.com.au

My sister and quite a few clients use Brad Seller at McDonald & Co. I've only heard good things about him.

Hayley has been in the industry for a long time, ran her own company previously in South Melbourne before deciding to sell to work closer to home (near Geelong) and in the training sector. She does a lot of training all around Australia and is honestly one of my idols and has been for years.

As David mentioned her husband makes PM-related software too. They're both really highly respected in the industry. Cannot rave enough about Hayley, bit of a fan, can't you tell?

 

It's very hard to tell!
I checked about their software and found it's very useful and professional by displaying the rent house in 3D so prospect tenants can look at it in very high quality details.
It will cost a fee though so I must say it.

 

Give me 15 years and I aim to accomplish what she has . Won't be the cheapest from Geelong, far from it I am sure, but I'm confident in their abilities.

** I do not get anything from them by referring, I know Hayley/Warren on a professional level only (besides some casual wines at events) - they've been a great help to me over the years and I'm very happy to see they're back in business in an area I can refer to them as we no longer cross paths in our businesses. I'm just passionate.
