Reminds me of the time I bought my first car. During the test drive one of the door speaker covers fell off and out popped a healthy little wad of greens. lol

A little update: My tenant has been served with his 2 months notice to vacate. A tradesman was there today and said the house absolutely stinks of marijuana. The tenant has requested a reference from my PM. Should make for an interesting read!

Prob not, will prob be in tenants favor, PMs also need tenants and some do not care what the tenant has done.

The vacancy rate in that neck of the woods is 1% so fingers crossed she's fair but honest. The curtains and carpets will be going straight in the skip! He reported noises coming from the oven during the night. Paid for an electrician to inspect the oven. What do you know - electrician says there's no problem.

Maybe I should have called out Ghost Busters instead of an electrician.

I'm unable to decide if it's a towel or a carpet mat atop that coffee table. Not knowing the answer is doing my head in. o_O

No.......your PM should have done that.......see how some of them just run costs up for you.....

PM for me may as well stand for personal moderator........a filter for all the garbage some tenants come up with.

For flips sake. Now I’m really mad. A plumber was called out yesterday as the flex hose was leaking under the kitchen sink. The tenant said it’s been leaking for weeks. This is the damage done to the cabinets.

This tenant doesn't seem smart enough to manage a meth lab.

The tenant has given me 2 weeks notice. Woo hoo! The PM is suggesting a professional cleaner to him in an attempt to get the stench out of the internal exposed brick walls. Not surprisingly, all of the porous surfaces have absorbed the smell. :(
