The PM didn't even pass comment. She simply added the pic to the routine property inspection report...

What are we looking at here? Is this an ash tray or a dirty glass?

The unbranded remote control looks like a Panasonic, if that was your concern...

The open pair of scissors could be a potential health/public liability risk - should get the tenant to have them closed asap.

I can't tell if the power board and extension cord are compliant or not. Need to pull the plug out to determine... :p

Seriously I can't imagine why the PM included this photo without commentary. Is the tenant a smoker in a lease that stipulates no smoking? I imagine there's not much you can do about that now.

Lol I genuinely can't even tell if no one has picked up on it. So I'll just say exactly what it is..

They are smoking weed in your house.

It looks like you have heroin addicts for tenants, the scissors is a giveaway.

Also a strangler, power cords are the clear evidence for that.

Definitely smoking weed... Maybe you should buy them some, so they'll be just as chill when moving out?

(Not actually suggesting to buy drugs. Drugs are bad. Stay in school kids)

I guess there are a few pot heads here :) Now that it is mentioned, yeah they like using scissors, but I had them in my pocket the other day to open some plastic bags that did not contain pot......

I has to be the power board that has the potential to start a fire when hit with spilt bong water ?

As long as they pay the rent who cares what they do in the privacy of their home? Obviously I wouldn’t want my tenants cooking meth or murdering people or anything in my property but I would be fine with them smoking weed

Is the PM holding the bong? lol

In 5 years this stuff will be legal in NSW. No different to finding a few empty stubbies in the back yard.

Your insurer may care if you know some things but do nothing ......

I do not know that many that were into pot, but the ones I did know also used a whole heap of much higher class substances, not only that, but I would not be ok with them smoking just pot either.....as they will be stinking up the house.....no doubt curtains always drawn, musty, mouldy smells and a total mess, and likely at home all day with similar sort of company. And a como or two, or falcons out the front or on stands hey @datto

    Private housos if you like......
