    i wouldn't go that far but they tend to believe anything ( they are told by an 'expert ' )

    but have seen a similar trend in Austalia which is why i am largely under-exposed to this area prefering the higher risk REITs ( well higher risk in a sensible world ) for a higher reward ( and even a chance of a capital gain should i sell )

    Funny , quite a lot of the experts over here have American accents and we're becoming more like them ie.dumb

    dumb or indoctrinated ??

    unpopular ( for being truthful and accurate ) is a very hard path to walk

    if government policy is ..... try getting air time to tell your view , even Google is 'demonetizing contrarians ( or kicking them off entirely )

    It's not worth telling the truth nowadays as the minorities seem to have the most political clout and our politicians pander to them, except for some independents
