    Hi everyone I transferred over from the Somersoft forum some time ago but not been very active lately on the site, I had been a member of Somersoft since early 2010. I am currently in the process of purchasing my 5th property in Adelaide, I (and the banks) own 4 in Adelaide and 1 in Qld. I am serendipitous in my approach to investing and lackadaisical in my approach to finances but hey, I'm not doing too badly so far :) Nice to meet you.

    Lots going on.
    Today is one of those very rare days where I have no appointments scheduled - day in office and playing catch up.
