95% No LMI loans for Doctors

    Effective 27th August 2018, for existing ANZ customers, the discretion to waive Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) for eligible Medical Practitioners, Dentists and Specialists* will apply to principal and interest owner occupier loans with an LVR up to 95% (previously 90%).

    I have seen a few people who stand up at AGM's and ask stupid questions for various ASX listed companies that claim to be Doctors ,but a Doctor of what i,m unsure..Just change your name to Doctor Hindparts ,they will either give that look or say nothing..

    Typically, they will be PHD grads............ with Doctorate in their chosen field :)

    Sometimes very very applicable.
