VIC 900+ sq mt land(with existing house) in hoppers crossing

    Hi All,

    I am been following this forum for sometime. Need your opinion on Hoppers crossing. I am interested in a property with 900+ land in around 550k price range.

    Will it be a good deal with development in mind for future.

    Not enough details to make any meaningful comment. But overall HC market is still trending down (albeit slowly) so no hurry imo.

    Rao - post a link - development is tricky - is it a corner block - is it flat - trees, townhouses in the area?

    Lots to consider.

    I think you might struggle to buy 900 sq meter block for 500K in hoppers crossing, probably under qouted.
