    Yes indeed. This little episode taught me to be not afraid even if people think I'm stupid and ridiculous. Nay the property is not for me but good to know it can work on some people.

    Thread resurrection!

    Would a vendor selling at auction need to make special note about finance if the winning bidder requested 90-day settlement in advance?
