88B Instrument Document

Hello,

I live in Sydney NSW.

I cannot find the 88B Instrument document.

Could someone please let me know where?

I've looked in NSW Land and Property Information and still could not find it.

I already brought the Plan Image for $13. but it didnt say it is a 88B

The 88B Instrument is a separate document that sets out any easements and/or covenants affecting the lots within a plan of subdivision.

You need to order separately to the Plan of subdivision.

 

Thanks Dan. But iam not subdiving but to obtain the 88B for knock down rebuilding our home.

 

If you want to get a copy of the Section 88B Instrument, give the Land and Property Information a call on 1300 0LANDS. They will advise you how to order the S88B Instrument online.

@MissP - yes you can order online through several of the information brokers.

I have used info track and Hazletts previously.

Type in 13rpa in google and you'll find the form. I think you need 13rpc as well.
