We've passed 800,000 forum posts and 20,300 valid members!

It is 1,775 days (just over 58 months) since we launched.

Total user registrations (including invalid and banned members): 24,124

    It took us:
    • 149 days to reach 100,000 posts, and then another
    • 166 days to reach 200,000 posts, and then another
    • 201 days to reach 300,000 posts, and then another
    • 190 days to reach 400,000 posts, and then another
    • 209 days to reach 500,000 posts, and then another
    • 243 days to reach 600,000 posts, and then another
    • 317 days to reach 700,000 posts, and then another
    • 290 days to reach 800,000 posts
Assuming it takes approximately 600 days to do our next 200,000 posts - we should reach 1 million posts by the end of next year. Let's make it early 2022 to be conservative.

When do you guess we will hit the 1 million post mark? Approx 12 Mar 2022 is my guess

Just wondering, Do you have any other interesting stats ?

Like # posts vs time . Curious when peaks and lows accour?

Also I image the number of active members would be much lower, maybe defines as a post in last 3 months or something like that
    OR
    # unique visitors / vs time ( would include guests )

    PropertyChat is 4 years old!

I also post an annual stats update - but haven't had time to do the 2019 stats yet.
