    Ok. My friend just rang me about an auction today in Artarmon for 2 bedder unit. An apartment in the same block sold for $860k last month and today a similar apartment got passed in at $760k and no Asian buyers. So 8/8 may not be so lucky for vendor today.

    Round here agents hand out paddles with numbers on them at auctions. for kicks, if I'm early enough i always grab number 8.
