    Our son was very keen on this a while back (obviously it needs to be tamed in the "decor" department). It has been on the market for a long time.

    A couple of the minor bedrooms are quite small though.

    When you look at the marble staircase ,and every fit-off on every level cost wise ,then the outlook from that level and the blue chip area it may well be worth every dollar..
