    Have a preapproval for an IP. Looking at property with development potential around Melbourne. Looking at Epping Craigieburn and Hoppers Crossing.Any experience or advise from forum members would be of great help. Do I need a BA for identifying a suburb ?

    I am invested in Epping.
    700k should get you a decent house on 600+ sqm of land.
    Stay south of Findon, and avoid the future freeway cleared area.
