    Hi All,

Looking for some generic guidance, do you reckon 3 townhouse could fit on corner block with 550sqm in general residential zone. rough dimensions 16 x 34m.

Anyone done before without special zoning (e.g. Activity Zone/DD08)

2 bedroom? 3 bedroom? single storey? two stories? reverse living? Setback of adjacent house to main frontage? location of sewer/easements? any overlays? power poles on street(s)? storm water pits on street(s)? Simple question but it doesn't take into account parameters other than land dimensions, so it becomes impossible to provide a definitive response...

would like to fit 3 x 3 bed if possible.
set back on the 16m front is 6.8m
set back on 34m side is 1.5
thats the existing house so i am confident new houses can retain same
    no power poles
easement is on other side of boundary fence
    no overlays just generic GRZ1
couldnt see a pit in the land, there are two drain openings in the road corner but they wont affect the driveway with the 2 TH front and 1 TH side scenario.
