    Yeah if I had tenants that were angry and demolished my property, I wouldn't care if they were Mother Teresa reincarnated. I would be giving them their marching orders as soon as legally possible. I wouldn't want volatile tenants in my properties, especially if i know they are volatile now.

    Yep, get them out as soon as possible and move on.
    The bond generally doesn't cover it, but that's what insurance is for.

    Haha I should clarify - I didn't mean let your tenants demolish your property and then go and give them a hug afterwards and listen to their problems.

    Rather put the issue in context and think what can I learn from this experience and how can I reduce the probability of this happening again.
