Sovereign building I think he mentioned on the last page.

Brother and Sister partnership I think?

Yay for slabs. I love this location and I think this little 4 pack is awesome - it was awesomer before the Council changes but it's still awesome.

I spoke to them in 2007 when they first started working out of their parents house in South Perth for a price on a development site but was a bit expensive for the project. They have both done well indeed and my dealings with them I could not fault.

So just for interest sake I looked back through dates
    24th dec buildering contract signed
    3rd March DA
4th March finance approval (it was approved prior, but was subject to DA)
    28 March building license
    5 April slab party.

    Cracking along.

Bricks arrived on site on Wednesday 19th.
    Progress to Friday 21st.

The brickies on Friday estimated one more week to be at plate height. I am inclined to believe them.

Maybe same trade. Hopefully. Trades like that shouldn't be out of work.

    Target hit.
Plate height was achieved on Friday. Formwork starting Monday. Cement guys booked for the 15th April.

Not sure how long formwork should take. But two weeks sounds a lot?

Except Bali is cheaper than a day trip to Rotto!
