4th bedroom or study?

    I think it would be prudent to get a gauge from reputable Agents in the area as to which floor layout has the highest demand in the area. Having the 4th bedroom may allow for another body to help with the rent or be ideal for a larger family. As Bob has pointed to, keeping roof line simple and construction overall that way, costs can be significantly cheaper in the construction phase.
