    I think the best potential is in individual deals in specific areas, not analysing broad markets.

    I think the inner city suburbs are gathering a fair bit of momentum so hopefully it will be a broad market rise eventually.

    its just the 2nd year thats been voted the best so its not even 2 years duration. the previous years were Melbourne I think. I doubted all those respondents have made the move so there are plenty of fuel in the tank for Brissy.
