    I have been looking at bush land beach in qld

    Can anyone give me some info on the area?

    I would highly recommend not to buy there. The beach is awful and its a drive out of the CBD with nothing else around. Also avoid mt louisa.

    I would suggest ( and I have bought ) in and around the army barracks, hospital and uni - Idalia, Douglas and Annandale

    A lot of new land available to build in surrounding suburbs as new estates are being created. I don't know bushland beach but in surrounding suburbs are oversupply at the moment and has been for the las 2 years...
