    Not in a position to purchase something that probably needs time to go up in value

    But thought perfect for someone that wants an acerage (3/4) lifestyle and future potential growth. Think this was part of @Car tart strategy


    No idea about the area but Menangle Park (train station before this and one after MacArthur ) has taken off where land banking should have been done a few years ago and now developers are selling of H+L packages.

    Being next on the train line I can see this place going off in the next 5-10 years (even earlier)

    Current Zoning allows subdivision into 4 lots though if subdivided into 3 each could have its own dual occupancy and also retain the existing dwelling.

    Thought was a good buy but probably for someone that wants to enjoy the lifestyle as well (short term)
