    @Westminster

    Wooden flooring.

    PlZ don't ask..floating or not.:)

    I haven't put a foot at development nor have seen site myself.

    Given the price range of properties, I am pretty sure it is floating floor boards.

    Wow I don't think I could stay away from my sites - even if they were in another state. I'd be on the plane to check it out.

    I think it comes to down to personal preference. I am sure if my wife was running a project, she would have got involved in selection of finishes and colors.

    I guess once you go past few development projects you start to loose interest in finishes.

    For resale , natural color walls, bright floor covering works well.

    Also, this project is run by an experienced developer.
    In addition, Marissa chose finishes prior to build and I believe colors and specs are pretty much identical to her development across the street.

    @MTR

    I am not sure if I can make it there or not. But yes , looking forward to hear update.

    Wow that felt like a bit of a sexist smackdown.

    It's likely I'll never lose interest in finishes. Often there are products that I use over and over again but with new products coming out constantly and old ones being discontinued I don't mind being creative with design and finishes.

    I have an OCD level of interest though. I visit all my sites weekly when under construction.

    For record, i meant personal preference. (Nothing to do with male/female).

    Fair enough - my preference is very hands on - I've learnt a lot in the construction stages that helps with future projects. I own a very small pair of steel capped boots :)
