    Hi all,

    Looking for suggestions as to who I should talk to about building 4-5 two-storey units, does anyone know a down-to-earth developer or builder I can have a chat to about the process, and pick their brain on estimates.

    I haven't built in QLD before.

    Any experiences would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi bud,

    Yeah, was doing my research and I've talked to a builder, wanting about 2200m2 for 2storey units atm, decided against going that route at this time.

    Was looking at a nice big river frontage property up there, was hoping to leverage the waterfront views.

    We will see if I can sell my current house for what I think it's worth to see if my market analysis is on point.
