    Can anyone recommend some good growth suburbs in Vic (Melbourne area) or other areas (e.g. SA/WA) to invest in with max $350K? Looking at something for a SMSF so can hold for 10-15yrs, could potentially be neutrally geared, but mainly needs the growth factor.
