    Not true at all. Ive sold large numbers of houses, dual occ , townhouses with yards etc...

    There's the NRAS approved stock on the internet - and there's the NRAS approved stock I offer :)

    Have sold dual occ in Gregory Hills - some PC members bought there and they have seen great growth of well over 100K

    Same goes for some apartments. Elanora Heights. Castle Hill. 100K + growth before settlement.

    But a very recent example would be the 34 x 3 bed townhouses I sold in the Bunya Estate at Bungarribee NSW. These settled over the last 2 weeks. 80-100K growth before they settled, and 8-9K per annum CF+, tax free. But rather than taking my word for it - several PC members bought here ( and other projects) so perhaps you could seek their views ...
