    Hello Guys,

    Anyone have purchased recently for 300k investment property in Brisbane? Are you willing to share the suburb or suburbs to look for?

    I am looking for around this price range but need some opinion, I have check Ipswich region but I am not sure about the area.

    You could get a two bedroom unit in Coorparoo, Holland Park or Greenslopes for under $300k but what is your long term aim?

    You could go on realestate.com look at the sold section, plug in $300K as your max range, type in a suburb in Brisbane, go to map view and see what you can get for your money. I would be careful of high density zoning in pockets of Bris.
