    Lots of peops.

    Humans still want somewhere to live

    On average the setts and Vals Im seeing in Sydney and Melbourne have vals ABOVE the purchase price from say 2 or more years ago........... small sample for sure.


    Vven in Brisbane, where the REAL data shows significant brakes coming on for the last 18 mths or so, peops are still buying to live
