    WOW is this even possible 3 triple storeys & 2 double storeys on a 502m2 land size


    15 Tulloch Street, Deer Park

    All in all made a great profit in a year.

    that is the power of the Growth Zone

    there is a similar one in the northern suburb on 506sqm land - which is asking 1.25 mil.

    but can you physically fit 5 dwellings that would be tiny maybe 2 beders

    i don't have this specific plans though I have one for 506sqm for 5 townhouses so if you look below 122-141sqm is not bad seriously. One of my point cook place is only 160sqm on proper block. Apartments are like 60-70sqm in CBD and some suburbs - so it is not that bad.

    Sounds small to me ... but looking at those floor plans by @melbournian it does seem OK?

    if you throw in the porch POS etc some are 180sqm so really depends how you look at it.

    @qak if you go inner city premium suburbs like Sth Melbourne Albert Park the townhouses are all like this tri storey selling 1.8-3 mil.

    Also look at this one 406sqm - 4 townhouses - selling 800kish for each. the "power of the growth zone".

    End of the day - being in the growth zone or ACZ will always yield more possibilities and potential gains that just the standard GRZ.
