    Areas of Expertise

I deliver engaging presentations on many aspects of property investment such as:

    • The benefits and pitfalls of starting to invest in positive geared properties
    • The difference between Positive and Negative gearing
    • Why I believe NSW is the best state to invest in right now
    • Building a portfolio for better results, faster
    • Finding Cash-flow properties to secure your retirement

Confident and experienced in presenting one to many, I am able to tailor my presentations depending on type of audience and time available.

    About

I have spent most of my life working as a radiographer in hospitals all over the world.
In 2005 I achieved Certificate IV in Real Estate
I was over fifty when I purchased my first investment property, using the equity in the family home.
Now, after only 6 years, I have 7 properties worth close to $3million.
I have survived raising 3 daughters and now have 3 grandsons.
Always looking for new opportunities I am “transitioning to retirement” and spend much of my time helping others to find a passive income to secure their retirement.

    Speaking Experience

I started my speaking career as a Tupperware manager,
over 10 years my audiences ranged from small personal groups to large gatherings.
Since taking on property investment I have spoken at Networking groups inc:
    • 4 Networking,
    • Success Women's Networking,
    • Property Meet-up groups,eg Sydney Property Group
    • Bartercard property meetings

I also run two meetup groups.
    • Speaking of Property - The Terrace on Kent, Sydney CBD
    • Property Club - Cucino 105, Moore St, Liverpool

I run my own seminars on Realities of Real Estate Investing,
have spoken at multi-speaker events with top presenters such as Toby Travanner
and also joined a 'Panel of Experts' for Q &A sessions in a variety of suburbs during 2016

I also specialise in educational seminars for high school students and ‘middle aged, middle income’ audiences advising on the benefits of building a portfolio of truly positive geared properties.

    In my spare time

When I am not scouring the suburbs and countryside for cash-flow properties or crunching the numbers, I am driving to Nimmitabel to check on the progress of the eco-friendly holiday house I am planning to build on 100 acres of bushland. This is going to be a 4 bedroom retreat with solar & wind power and a 90,000ltr water tank. I would love to make this wheelchair friendly in order or it to be available for charities such as “House with no Steps” and “Young Care”.

I also enjoy attending show-jumping competitions in support of my youngest daughter and spending time with my grandchildren.

    Inspired Investments

My mission statement is that everyone in their retirement should be able to pay their
heating bills, put food on their table, and then some!

If you’re looking for a speaker for a property investment day, conference or
management workshop I deliver fun and entertaining presentations targeted
    to your requirements.

Anita says "Typically her clients are women and very smart men, usually over 40, who believe their “super” will not serve their retirement."
Ace is very disappointing with this requirement.
Ace is a man over 40, but unfortunately would not be considered very smart.
He will unlikely be transitioning to a woman any time soon either.

You can be anything you put your mind to.
Don't let nay-Sayers get you down.

Side note: would you be less or more competitive athletically as a woman? :p

Didn't happen last time either despite several requests. Not sure why Anita thinks having bought $3m in property is enough to qualify anyone as a coach or expert speaker. Pretty much anyone with a job could have bought a few houses. Numbers please, net cashflow.
