Heathen - what could you possibly do with 3-4 of these per day.

    Now that's an expensive habit.

So one of my 2017 resolutions is to find a better paying job.... motivated by this property buying addiction I have and APRA!

    What do you think?

    As, you're a Linda.

I hope you know what the Spanish word linda means in English

    My aunt has
lived in Perth for most of her life. Said that most people are optimistic they need to wait it out and boom times will kick in again. Doesn't seem like there's panic. Her 2c
I'm sure there's people there less optimistic and needing a quick sale though.

Cost aside. If you are addicted to something which adds no value then that's a problem.
There is no net gain for regular drinkers. You just need it to feel normal.
    Same principle applies to ice.
I would be afraid of something addictive like that. .so support you quitting

I agree. There are a lot of people I know in Perth who see this as a temporary situation and who are very confident that prices will improve.

I am in the same boat. Fingers cross for a possible new role in the CBD. Not an ideal fit but the salary is pretty good and can have lunches with the significant other

I would specify what your work has resulted in (preferably in top level summary section)...reading this is a good but there is a 'so what?' and 'why you? ' component that doesn't come across...

I resolve to remember what year it is when I write the current date.

I didn't always succeed last year.

Constructively, your first paragraph needs amending IMO.

It's too wordy and doubles up.

You are an analytical analyst... with strong problem solving to provide solutions to problems.

It's a bit like... "please allow myself to introduce... myself".

Maybe something a bit more like...

I am an experienced Analyst/Developer with strong problem solving and data manipulation skills to provide solutions and reporting for your Business.

Edit: but then again, this is repeated in your 2nd paragraph. This is why I'm only a wannabe writer ;) I did start a book once.
