$10,000 in sales. This will be the real first year that we start selling.

I need to transition away from doing the technical work on my business and focus on the sales and busienss development side of things.

That means A) building revenue to the point where I can afford to pay someone else to do the technical work I'm currently doing and then B) finding someone who can do that work

Overall goal is to shift focus to profit instead of just growth. I am not saying we ignored profit, we always made sure that we are hitting our profit % benchmarks. We were prepared to pour profits back in for the first 3 years so that we could maximise market share and get us to the top of that market place. April marks 3rd anniversary and we have exceeded size and market place goals.

To continue paying down debt on business 1... 2017 should see the business completely debt free.
To grow business 2 to double its current size. This will only require stock. The lack of debt from business 1 will mean more money available for business 2.

Business 1 just turned 10. We we going along really well until 2010 when things got a bit tight. Hubby restructured and now focus on wholesale screens rather than retail. It has proved to be a good plan

Business 2 is "my" business. I import flyscreen mesh, wire mesh etc and sell online. I have a 40foot container arriving in January
