    Wouldn't you're own due diligence with waterways department reveal that the licence conditions show the licensed area and conditions to occupy.

    The lawyer should shoot them straight out of the water over such a stupid claim.

    Is the agent a marine expert? A marina is a marina afaik - a polystyrene board wrapped in concrete and tied to timber piles in the water.

    Would the agent know that buyer had a 6m boat (those buyers do exaggerate)?
