    We bought in Logan , Rockhampton , Townsville and Hobart in the early 2000 . In the current cycle we're bought in Goodna , Ipswich , Launceston and Morphett Vale ( SA ) . Prices in Q'ld and SA haven't gone up much so far , but finance is slightly hard than when we bought .
    we have also bought properties in nice areas as well after the GFC.

    Lots of people love to tell anyone who admits to buying in these cheaper areas that they're foolish .

    Then she sold some and paid cash for a house on Sydney's northern beaches ? before she turned 30 ....

    My recollection is The Wife bought more than that in a then cheap suburb in Brisbane called Sunny Bank Hills . Probably still owns them .
