@Perthguy thanks for the nice words.

I had a couple of spies drop through and they overheard a lot of positivity.

Can't wait to see what people think it's worth!:)

Can you please PM me some agent feedback and market. Change of circumstances I think I may be selling in the area in a couple of months. Cheers

Hi Eusoc, was it a pleasant and successful campaign? Buyers really out there in suburban Perth?

Well, it's under offer, so... ;)

I went to a home open and the agents seemed good. They followed up but I didn't find them pushy.

    @Eusoc?

For some reason I missed this thread??
As the others said, AWESOME JOB!!! Should be very proud of yourselves, + a nice long-term memory to have with the old man.
Maybe you guys should do The Block together.

Front looks great when the tree has leaves, love the wine rack, looks like mine, empty!
Hey @Westminster how's those vingrapes encroaching your boundary looking, when the release of your first batch?

Bit of a trip for me but think I might have to make the time to get along to one of these meet-ups to check out the...

@WestOz we have a slight flood issue - grapes are going cheap in the valley to get them off the vines before they split

    Hi Guys & Gal's

Sold the house - Low Low 9's.

@WestOz, funny you should mention the block as @thatbum somehow managed to talk me into doing and audition with my girlfriend. It was worth a shot, I can already see myself passing out if we actually made it through :eek: @thatbum, did you get yours in?

The flooding was quite impressive @Westminster, assuming your talking about the swan river last week? I don't think I have seen it moving that volume of water in a looonnggg time!

That is awesome news!! Great going on achieving the price that had a 9 in front of it!!

Yup our 10 acres on the Swan ended up being under water a bit when the river broke it's banks. Still got water on our road 17 days later

    That's my road today

That was my road (aka moat) on the 11th

@Westminster - WOW! You really get a taste of how catastrophic flooding could be if you were that tiny bit lower.

There was a lot of excitement around my area whilst it was moving.

All the local parks around me were all submerged for days.

Looks like it would have been fun with a quad bike and knee board

First thing is give "Eusoc Construction" a registration number which requires 50k in the bank so the building board can see I'm legit, thankfully the sale of the house has contributed.

Im also in the process of starting a business atm which entails food services.

Then, get a bit of equity behind me, develop all of south Karrinyup ;) and become the worlds first Trillionaire.

    And the Block @Perthguy ....

Honestly though wouldn't have a clue....
