    Hi!
    I am a newbie to property investing and looking to buy my first property in Perth. My budget is $550k and my main goal is capital growth.

    I am currently thinking of suburbs in the north by the beach; Joondalup, Beldon, Craigie etc.

    Any suggestions as to what other suburbs I should consider that match my budget and goal?
