You need to be a lot more specific, otherwise any property in Brisbane will most likely meet your criteria :D.

Any thoughts or advice on pallara as a whole and it's future potential as it's part of the $100m+ lower Oxley creek master plan, within 20km of the CBD? I really like the vision of the Stocklands Pallara estate with their childcare centre already up and running, future proppsed shopping precinct, also read a future petrol station and fast-food outlet is proposed also (not sure if it's legit or not) , 2 future bus stops within the estate? Any advice or facts to all that "proposed vision" of theirs would be great help! THANKS

My take is it may end up like Forest Lake, nice to live in, but pretty unspectacular growth.

There is a little less broad acreage land where you are looking these days, and the development looks to be large scale infill, and its closer to town but its hard to fully ignore relatively recent lessons from the past

When I read this, I thought you were seeking a capital growth area.
This looks like you are seeking a population growth area?

    Now I am confused .

I am sure he meant capital growth .

Duke what is your max price ? New estates on the outskirts are likely to have poor capital growth . Best bet is to buy a house on as much land as you can ideally within 10km of the cbd .
