    Hi all

It is very exciting after 5 years of trying and juggling looking after children and having a part-time job, finally having working fulltime and having 1 million investment loan approved!

We are looking for a high rental yield as we can't afford to pay much out of our won pocket, however solid capital growth would be desirable as well. We are obviously doing our own (google) analysis as well, but would love to get some advice on the suburbs that are trending at the moment.

We have been told to look the Central Coast-Newcastle way. Anywhere else with good capital growth and good rental demographic you could advise?

    many thanks
    Katia

With 1 mil to spend, I'd probably be looking at Brisbane for acceptable yeilds with decent potential for CG. Middle ring or as close to as possible. House.

1 mil in Sydney is peanuts imho.

    As always, DYOR
