NSW $1M Question - Where to invest in Sydney!?

    Hi guys!

    I am new to this forum & new to the property investment stuff..

    For all i know, I have about $400K equity on my current home & I want to invest some of it..

    Where should I look? I am looking for a house with abit of land (possibly with enough space to build a granny flat at the back?) and preferably positively geared..

    I am thinking of Central cost (Gorokan, Hamlyn Terrace etc..) but have no idea about other suburbs with healthy capital growth..

    any ideas, suggestions, advise welcome! :)

    Hi,

    Title sounds like you want to invest a mil in SYD, but body of your msg seems like you want to invest sub 400k into the Central Coast.
    Two completely different things.
