Things have been moving for good in Sunshine and around. Parts of Sunshine around Kingsville, and the hospital looks okay. However, I do not get vibe from the area, perhaps I have been regular to the area for one reason or another.

Heard of someone who has 12+ homes in Albion/ St Albans area from ages, when they were below 50K. Definitely their patience has paid off well.

Looking at the map, I just don't see how this changes anything (except around Albion station). That whole area is already a hub of commercial activity.

Melbourne west has allot of capital being invested from both local and state government and 2016 is going to be a good year for the west.
    Looking forward to it :)

I've got a property on Anderson Rd within the Sunshine Activity Centre which has just been rezoned. How should I go about selling it?
