    Makes my 1 bedder near the city feel absolutely luxurious and a bargain... 14 sqm is a car space.

    Yes and no doubt it was positively geared too after their daughter moved out (if they rented it out)

    Interesting to see that the broker from mortgage choice said that buyers would only need a 20% deposit (If you could find a 1st tier lender on <20m2).

    This is the type of crap they should have flogged off during the peak.

    That’s what I use the peak for, to unload the stuff that would struggle to sell at any other time lol.

    I wonder if the potential buyers are thinking to make it an AirBNB rental? It's a pretty good location for it
