    If that is what you want or all can do, I would be looking where there wont be a large flood of them, or positioned closer to a station etc, imagine the person wanting to rent, why would they take your unit over 50 others ? who are they likely to be and want, etc

    Have someone I know who bought there on the ground floor when first houses being built in JS, not sure of exact cost, but house and land probably cheaper than the first unit costs, when I saw they were going to do unit blocks, remember thinking that is nuts, but if holding very long term, it will be ok most likely, lot of stuff to take into account though.
