1420 sqm Block: Driveway configs (assuming 4lots)

    Hi guys,

    I know many factors to consider, but lets just say, everything else is easy, if you have 4 lot sub-div on a 1420sqm block, where would the common driveway be?
    Assume 3br TH with 250-300sqm lot size perhaps.
    I have heard of "Battleaxe"config but are there any others?

    Please see diagram below, I have estimated where the driveway could go, but really I have no idea. I need an experienced hand's advice.
