    Or 100,000 $1 coffee's

Do you have short term or long term plans for these funds ?
No offset somewhere to park the funds ?

Be more greedy and buy another property. $100k is not enough to change your life.

Buy more property. Buy some shares. Lots of choices.

Buy a house with 50%LVR, could give you $ 600 a month to DCA into shares, or borrow another 60k to put into sharemarket, business startup. spend in pub or on a holiday 100k is enough to change your life, it is not how much you have but what you do with it.

Buy a fast car, with red stripes down the side. Take all your friends to Whitsundays for a boozy weekend, keep some so you can post bail if someone misbehaves.

That's pretty financially irresponsible...unless it has stripes?

Although i have an issue with the colour of the stripes, i do like the overall approach.

If you actually bought a late model V8 Commodore the return as an investment would be incredible.

@datto would also be your new bestie!

I feel this thread was made for you @datto

Really depends on your risk profile. If you put it into Bitcoin you may have $140k by the end of the year. Or buy an alternative coin and double or triple that.

Or open a CFD account and trade at 100x leverage and short Afterpay

Nah, I’d still go for the commodore. You can’t jump in a Bitcoin and go hooning around the streets.

We have our insurance looked after by Jason, but he's also a financial adviser. I can highly recommend him. Having him on board has made such a difference to our situation.

We haven't had any "spare" money for a while, but now we have more rent flowing in, we will be seeing Jason to work out how best to use it wisely.

Thank you so much for this. The wife engaged a firm in Newstead. My Wealth Solutions I believe. Will see how she fares.
