    BTW big kudos to your @Simon Hampel on how successful this is becoming. I do find it hard to keep up with soooo many threads but the software is just so friendly for mobile devices that everyone can read it anywhere and post.

    Hey @Simon Hampel,
    The rapid growth and activity that Property Chat has seen is a testament to the usability and all round layout of this site. That has to be one of the keys to the success of this site. Somersoft has great content and knowledge on there, but the look and feel of this site from a UX perspective is incomparable. You and the rest of the staff should be congratulated.

    40,000 posts and 2,500 members in 54 days

    Not sure if I've posted day-of-week stats though - certainly nothing in last couple of months

    Hour of day stats follow a fairly predictable pattern - although this is averaged over all days from the past 3 months, so differences depending on day of the week aren't apparent.

    Might be slightly more accurate if I was to adjust the post time for the timezone of the user rather than looking at it only from an EST point of view. Also not taking DST into account, so times may be off by an hour for around half of this data.
