    One of my managed fund clients are chasing above. Cash buyer willing to pay good prices for right sites.

    Quiet st next to shopping centre/cafe precinct would be ideal. Will drop to 600m2 for exceptional site.

    Top out at $1m unless truly exceptional.

    Can't be demolition controlled as we need to knock down and build one of our SDA properties.
