I owned a Torana. Still wouldn't mind the right one. But it would be fully sick.

First car was a LH Torana...

I think the car stereo I put in was worth more than the car itself!!

    1 out of 10 here.

Khe Sanh is an true Aussie pub anthem.

I never had an SLR or XU-1 but did wish to have had back in the day. Today my next drive is likely to be a three year old ML 63 or knowing me I'll be too stingy to part with that sort of cash on a car and go for the Grand Cherokee SRT 8. :D

To be in the running you would need at 6 out of 10.

@datto did you get 6 out of 10 or are you just a pretend Bogan?

    Me too.
I bought a 74 (I think) which was a light beige grey greenish colour.
I totally stripped it to the shell, fibreglassed the holes, resprayed it in some Dulux Metallic Blue. And that's about as far as I got.

1/10. Khe Sanh is the only one I can claim. I'd have a GTR XU1 or A9X if I had the space.

    The Full List

This might help the aspirational Bogans among us. :D

    • Had an SS Conform-adore as a business vehicle - tick
    • When did they change the national anthem from Khè San?
    • Does it snow in Bali?
    • What sort of person has a name like Wade or Shannon? Wayne, Bruce, Leanne & Shazza - yup.
    • Walk out in public without a shirt? Not gonna happen too soon
@datto - hard to believe that you didn't start this one. ;)

Anyone that grew up in the 1970's early 80's would qualify for above 5 on that list, and i know a few that have "xuones" fully worked still locked away in their sheds with the motors held in with h-t chains, manliness had a different meaning back then, before technology -cctv-and the internet changed the way we think while waiting for the next face-book updates..
