Anyone like a few in this site who has been holding for a year or some more --as just on one year ago give or take a week or so this was around 0-040 cents ..
Just follow the money,as with news like this it works both ways with the way the media adds value to any company..imho..

    ASX--DUB..

There's certainly some funny games going on with ADN.
Every day at close, you see tiny amounts of shares being traded to try and drop the price.

It does look to be stabilising around 27c now. Hopefully those that are shorting the stock will have to buy back in soon. Would love to see a trading halt with some great news, and watch them have to buy back the 20 million+ shares they've shorted.

I bought in around the 27c mark, so I'm hoping it doesn't dive much further :(

Yes, definitely games being played with the shorters! I too hope there is a positive announcement which gives the SP a nice bounce In the right direction.
If it makes you feel better, I bought late last year at $0.31 and watched it drop down to ~$0.25. I am not concerned though as this will be a long term hold for me.

Dr Rothman ( former CSO resigned 2018 ) has one more batch of 1M x $0.25 options to convert. From last annual report he had 3M and has converted 2M ( based on 2A announcements ).

    Converted 500,000 on 10 March
    Converted 500,000 on 1 April
    Converted 1,000,000 on 7 April

Keep an eye on next appendix 2A. Will likely be for conversion of remaining $0.25 options. We might see that next week.

So 2,000,000 converted and presumably sold over 5 weeks. We may see remaining 1,000,000 converted next week. I think we will see reduction in selling pressure after the remaining 1M have been sold. Might be another 2 weeks.

At least the conversions top up the cash balance at the level of $250k for every 1M converted.

I think the RAC share price will be back above $4 by early May.

Given RAC's penchant for announcements, is it possible they will announce when all of the options are converted?

That dip will be last chance for anyone to buy in at low $3.. Will start looking under couch cushions for any $$ now..

@wombat777 we have a few uneducated journalists reporting on RAC recently and they all seem to focus on the fact RAC. Carries a very small cash balance. Obviously we know they run lean and have enough to get through the next 12 months.

Playing devils advocate, if a transaction doesn’t happen or we don’t drum enough interest, RAC will need a raise to continue.

Let’s say the SP is sitting at $10 by then they would only need to dilute by 10% to come up with approx $160m. Is that correct? Any thoughts on this?

Watched the video that Dr T tweeted earlier - it surprises me that more people aren’t talking about RAC..

Obviously biotech is a very risky industry and trying to keep my judgement unbiased - As Dr T mentions one person has one bad side effect and the whole thing can be canned, but the potential is just MASSIVE. Even just for the FTO pillar..

The smaller POC trials won’t cost much to run. Intent of these is to attract a buyer or partner. I think trials of 30 patients can be done in Australia for $1M to $2M each. I think the Israel AML trial will be less than this. Trials costs are cheaper in Australia than US.

I think US and European pivotal AML trials will be up to 150 patients each. I’ve seen a figure in literature about USD $100k per patient for US cancer trials. So 150 x USD $100k x 2 trials = USD $30M.

They also plan a Breast Cancer trial in Eastern Europe which I expect to be a fraction of the cost of the pivotal AML trials. This should be cheaper than US and Western Europe.

There’s also a Phase 1 dose escalation study being considered for FTO. I think this will be in Australia.

So I think USD $40M for these 4 trials. Let’s be really conservative and assume USD $50M tops for a raise in 2022. By this point share price will be well over $10.

    So dilution probably under 10%.
