Gross margins on Premium Refined Kaolin is in the 50% ballpark and they will likely improve on that for the DFS.

Gross margins on their Halloysite expected to be up to 80%. That's medium-term though.

The 50% gross-margin business which they are starting with creates a great foundation for growth.

ADNOB options may provide opportunity for cheaper entry as they often trade at a discount to the conversion price relative to the share price.

ADNOB are1.2c conversion price and 31 November expiry.

I park/accumulate my funds for conversion of options in an offset account.

Payback under 15 months is a great thing for a mining startup. The left-hand end of the chart below is today.

For ADN conservatively Commercial Production by mid June 2022 and payback end of June 2023 ( and they could shorten this by 3-6 months ). Commercial Production is the point at which they achieve feasibility-levels of production ( i.e. they have completed ramp up ). First revenues are received soon after.

LTR commercial production probably end 2024 but payback not until 2028.

PLL commercial production probably November 2023 but payback not until 2027.

ADN will likely achieve payback before the other companies start ramp-up ...

RAC - fabulous results today. Significantly desrisks their 5-path strategy of commercialising a forgotten cancer drug that was first approved in France in early 90's and then forgotten. It was originally developed by Lederle, however they were later bought out for their Vitamin portfolio and the cancer drug was forgotten.

Note details of webinar planned for Wednesday morning in the below announcement.

5 pathways for cancer ( 3 for AML i.e. Leukemia, 1 for Breast Cancer, 1 for Ovarian Cancer )

The compelling thing is that the drug is safe for the heart and this means they will be able to address market for Doxorubicin which is a mainstream chemo drug that has unfortunate cardic toxicity.

15-bagger for AML, noting RAC's approach is broad-based.

add another 50 bags for Breast Cancer and Ovarian cancer based on previous buyouts for mainstream cancers.

Bisantrene has over 40 Phase II and Phase III trials under its belt. That makes clinical risk very low. Alternative way of looking at it is it makes probability of clinical success very high.

    Screen Shot 2020-06-16 at 10.35.31 am.png

Significantly there has been long-term survival for two women that were treated with Bisantrene in the 80s and 90s as children. Both were very, very sick at the time and have since had their own children and are still alive today.

Watch this video ... particularly the part from 10 minutes.

Looking back when RAC were in the low 20 cent range when you first mentioned and the data you supplied seems to worked well ..I bought in a few months ago at 0-23 cents and only my.inexperienced opinion but these are days it seems worthwhile .Thanks.and good.luck..

Make sure you register for the webinar which is tomorrow morning. It's the first time that we'll hear from Prof Andersson.

I don't work in the industry but have been reading a great deal about the industry due to my investment in RAC.

I think about investments from a risk / probability perspective because of my background as an Engineer ( consideration of risk / probability is an important aspect of safety engineering ). Given that historically there have been great results from the original AML trials, this significantly improves the probability of success for the modern trials that RACE are planning to run.

The result from the Israel trial provides a level of validation of the historic results so helps to further reduce risk for the investment ( at least for the clinical aspects ).

RACE will be looking to use accelerated FDA 505 (b)(2) pathway for drug approval. This allows for approval after RACE's own Phase II trial. The historic trials plus the Israel trial shifts the probability of the success of RACE's AML trials in our favour.

Also have a look into the background of the people on their Clinical Advisory Board. With a bit of research you will see they are all well-regarded in their field. Quite incredible for a small company like RACE to have that kind of brainpower available.

Yeh got a few more, PPH bagged today in less than 2 months with a 10% rise to-day. Quidel up 125% in a month bought on 8 april for $90. Had a great day yesterday had a bunch of shares go up nearly10% each, that had already gone up 50-70% since March. At the momment I am accumulating NASDAQ CRWD, cybersecurity had a 85% increase in revenue last quarter. It will be volatile.

These guys bought the Kaolin project from Minotaur right?

I looked at Minotaur 13 years ago and they were touting Poochera Kaolin as a top notch project ready to commercialise.

Things may have changed since then but if there was money to be made in this stuff I would have thought it’ve been made by now???

I understand there was a bit of infighting in MEP at the time. Their focus has more been gold / copper.

Beside supply has changed. The premium grade refined kaolin isn’t available in commercial scale quantities at the right level of consistency. Old mines depleted and/or poor quality. The ceramics processors have run out of material.

Watch the crux video for best explanation.

First tranche PBH up 150% in 11 months, 2nd up 20% in 4 months, 3rd up tranche up 250% in 3months. All since the Elliot wave forecast. Just goes to show buy companies on metrics, and dont price anchor, or worry about sentiment or trying to get good companies for a dollar cheaper as it can be very expensive. No-body can time the market only a fool thinks they can, and only a fool listens to somebody who thinks they can.

@wombat777 since you mention you are familiar with mining, are you invested or researching into graphite for the use in EV batteries? Tesla are due to make an announcement in September in conjunction with CATL, NVX could be tied up with it, and im just wondering what would be the leader in companies that are mining it? their will obviously be a growing need for the material as this industry grows, I've read a bit about TON which are obviously at early stages but you may know better. Cheers

I honestly think NVX is the better investment for graphite. That is due to the research heritage of the people involved. I will take another look at them if they move into the ASX300 ( so I can invest in my super ). I previously held. If looking to invest now, the hard part is timing entry. I like it that SOL are invested.

I still have an investment in BAT. African graphite investments are always going to face significant funding challenges. VRC and WKT and GPX are other examples.

RNU is an alternate to look at for graphite. They are located in South Australia (I don't currently hold).

Not graphite but have a careful look at ADN if you haven't already. There are some good video interviews available. The thing about this project is the low capex hurdle for startup. I hold ADN and will convert the remainder of my options before they expire. They have some great growth prospects beyond the project in their current Feasibility Study.
