I guess what I don't get is you say that if I want to pay it off in ten years, then do that but on a 25 year loan just paying more than minimum...
Just to be clear. This is not an investment property. This will be our home...hopefully for at least 10 years.
But at least we can get some of that money back. Even at worse case scenario we'll get back $75 per week so we'd have paid less than we would have...
