    My wish list is to see each investors portfolio holdings with following info
    • property type
    • location
    • purchase year
    • purchase price
    • current valuations
    • current rent
    • Used BA
    And discuss around
    • What was their rational to buy then, would they buy at current valuations(if not why not)
    • What is their rational to hold & Sell
    • What would be their advice to the listeners from their experience (both good and bad)
    • What do they think will increase the CG in future.
    • Any difficulties they face (finance/tenant and how did they get around that)
    • Do they use BA?
      why / why not / would they recommend them?
    • Do they use MB?
      why / why not / would they recommend them?
    • Do they use PM?
      why / why not / would they recommend them?
